I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my recent experience with Jay North Auto. I had been looking for a used Subaru Legacy for my college freshman for many months. As you know,these cars are somewhat difficult to find. Your dealership had just the car and we were told it was in great shape. When we arrived at Jay North we were glad to see the car actually was in that condition since we had come from Cincinnati. Dealing with Mike Byrd was a real pleasure. He was very professional,had all the information about the car availiable for us and gave us plenty of time to take it for a test drive. There was no pressure and we quickly agreed on an acceptable price. I would recommend Jay North Auto, and Mike Byrd in particular, to anyone looking for a reliable used car at a fair price.
